Monday to Friday: Order by 6pm for next-day shipping.
Saturday & Sunday: Next Business day shipping (Monday)

While 95% of deliveries arrive within 2 days, it may take longer.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked | £2.50 | 1-2 Days Delivery
While 95% of deliveries arrive the next day, it may take longer. For guaranteed delivery, choose Special Delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery | £6.00 | Guaranteed Next Day
Guaranteed delivery before 1pm, Monday to Saturday. Someone will need to sign to accept the delivery.

Special Delivery: Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day. Exceptions apply to some addresses.

24 Tracked: This is not a guaranteed service. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control may affect this. For guaranteed delivery, please choose Special Delivery.

Personalised Orders: Shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.
Exceptions: Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day and Royal Mail don’t deliver on Bank Holidays.
Shipping Outside The UK
Currently, we are unable to ship outside the UK but watch this space for updates on wider shipping areas!
Refunds & Returns
We never like to hear you want to cancel or return your order but, if plans have changed, we're more than happy for you to return your gift and we can refund your order. For us to be able to complete this, there are a few conditions to bear in mind:
1. Refund Policy Duration: Our refund policy lasts for 28 days from the date you receive your purchase. Please notify us by email at hello@lovelylittleboxshop.com within 14 days to let us know and then we must receive your order back within the 28days.
2. Authorised Returns: Once we have confirmed your return, please lovingly package it in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. If the complete order is not received or is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse the return.
3. Time Limit: If your order is outside the 28 days, we wouldn’t be able of offer a return or refund but if there are any other issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
4. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Timeframe: Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
6. Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.
7. Return Address: Please make sure to contact us at hello@lovelylittleboxshop.com before attempting to send anything back.

Amendments to your Order
We try and get your gift out as soon as possible (as we know how the wait from clicking buy to having it arrive is the WORST!) so please make sure you have triple checked the information provided such as product selection, address and gift messages are perfect!!
Should you wish to make any amendments to your order (such as swap products, change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested via email as soon as possible. We will try and make any requested changes but if your order has already been made, this may not be possible.
